School, farm animals, and more fun!

We are almost done school for the year :) We continue to read "Little House in the Big Woods", and got a goat and will be getting chickens very soon! SO, the farm animal additions are tying in nicely with our book study :) We plan to make a little log house model next week!

We have been studying Force and Motion for Science. Here is the start of our lapbook!
The cover we made for it is a picture Benjamin drew of Sir Isaac Newton sitting under an apple tree as an apple falls down from the tree. Later, Benjamin got to present his picture to dad, explaining what his drawing was and explaining how gravity was discovered.
Lots of beautiful weather, quad riding, friends to play with, and bikes to ride has made PE super fun :) and we can't wait for summer!
