Baby Joseph!!

Well, you really can't make plans. God's plan will ALWAYS prevail, no matter what you yourself may have in mind. On September 21st, at 10 pm, my water broke!! This was 13 days before baby's due date!! I waited in anticipation, hoping to go into labour but to no avail. It was a long night. The next day, still nothing! I went to the midwife for an apt, and she gave me her secret recipe for bringing on labour! It was disgusting, and I was so nervous drinking it, but with the help of some great friends I was able to choke it down!

After drinking the concoction at noon, I started going into labor around 2 pm on September 22 nd. The labour was not long, but pretty intense. But, I was surrounded by amazing people and was able to labour at my best friends house!!

My hubby was there every step of the way too, and the kids were just downstairs! 

After just 4 hours, baby Joseph was born in my friends bathtub, with absolutely no drugs or interventions!

The kids came in right after baby Jo was born to meet their baby brother!

Baby Joseph Elias Miller was born 7lbs 8oz and was (is) as healthy as can be!

The kids are so in love...

Although, it has been quite the adjustment for them ;)

And, so, there he is. A little boy that may never have been here if it wasn't for God putting it on our hearts, and our obedience to His call. We are so grateful we listened!! He is such a joy and we are so blessed.

I am also so blessed to have had the amazing help and support of amazing people...you know who you are ;)
