My favorite time of year

 This week we did some cheerio math...

 

For English, we did the letter "Jj"...

 

I made a fun "Jj" snack ;)

 

We "jumped for J's"...taped letter "Jj's" to the floor, and played musical jays. When the music stopped, the kids had to jumped on a certain color or upper/lower case j that I called out...

Social studies, we did human needs...needs vs wants...

 

We got SNOW!! Kids were definitely happier with this than me...

They got to sled right in the yard :)

Here is what we are learning for Health and Career Ed...

 Tonight, we broke out the Christmas music and decorated the tree...

 

Every year I get a picture of the kids putting on their first ornament (and, it is always their "Baby's First Christmas" ornament)...

Christmas is my favorite time of year; getting ready to celebrate the birth of our savior!
