Kindness Tea
So, today the kids had a little tea party! I told them it was a "kindness tea party"; they dressed as a King and Queen, and were told they had to behave like a King and Queen. They were to use their best manners, and speak as kindly as possible to eachother. It went really well! Benjamin continuously comlimented his sister, saying "you look beautiful, Queen"; it was very cute! The kids love playing pretend, and this was a great opportunity to teach them some good manners. They had a rasberry spritzer for their "tea" and some cheese and cracker "hors deorves". This went so well, I will definitely do it again! This is a great way to encourage manners, and kindness, and have fun doing it!
